Website status - UPDATE

The problem has been solved. It was a hung process on the server causing all this angst. Thanks for everyone’s patience while we fixed it. Today’s stories have been loaded now and hopefully we won’t have this issue tonight

I got a call in the middle of the night and it was the copy desk telling me they were having problems loading the website. They tell me where they are having problems and at first it sounded like an easy fix. So I walked them through what should be done and… it didn’t work.
