Loading ...Tale of woe
This week has been a bit of a battle in trying to ensure the website is loaded each night. The machine we use to do this keep corrupting the database and crashing. Since the copy desk takes care of loading the site, they don’t know how to fix that sort of thing and so it has to wait until morning when I can get in to sort it out.
As some of you readers can imagine, this means no news online when you wake up.
We’ve hopefully instituted a couple of bandaid fixes that will stop the database issues until we move to our new platform in a few months, but until then, I foresee a rocky path with the website. Please bear with us.
