Loading ...And happy post-turkey day
As I write this, Nebraska is back and forthing with Colorado and there’s a lot of teeth gnashing going on in the newsroom. It’s a skeleton crew here today with the majority of folk either off taking advantage of Black Friday or spending time with their families.
I’m hoping the game will be over soon and we can shut off the TV so I can stop hearing Christmas commercials. I don’t want them stuck in my head just yet 
We’re only doing one Newslink today because, apart from the game and the shopping, there isn’t a whole lot to report on at the moment. At least not locally. Nobody set their garage on fire while trying to deep fry a turkey, all seems quiet on the crime front *knock on wood.* So basically, it’s a slow day in the news biz. I hope everyone’s enjoying their holiday and so begins the final push to Christmas. Watch the newspaper for special deals and coupons at our local businesses!
