When did GI become a town of weanies? What kind of liberalism has caused you to become so loonie? Mad cow disease, fibromialga, bi-polarism–it is a sad day when you can’t have a BB gun. I guess I’ll refer to you as Paris, Ne. now.

    Bon jour weanies

Thanks for the note. To answer your question, BB guns aren’t illegal, they just can’t be loaded in the passenger compartment of a vehicle. BB guns got everyone’s attention when thousands of dollars worth of auto windows were shot out in recent months in the area. Punks with no sense of correct behavior have been joyriding through the streets shooting out windows for no reason. Who needs a loaded BB gun in the car anyway?

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Putting the BB guns on par with an AK is good satire, but bad imagery. The media already has caused enough paranoia over any kind of firearm and this kind of thing just adds to the mix. As usual it comes down to personal responsibility mixed with a bit of common sense – both of which are rarities at this point.
